South Korean actor and model Hoyeon received international recognition for her part in the Netflix original series, Squid Game. She played Kan Saebyeok (also called Player 067). Hoyeon won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress, and was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor In the Drama Series. Her hometown is Myeonmok-dong an area in Seoul Hoyeon kicked off her journey as a model for hire in 2011 , walking the runway at Seoul Fashion Week. Hoyeon won a place in Korea's Next Top Model season 4. The year 2016 was the year she scored her first international recognition when she landed an exclusive contract worldwide in partnership with Louis Vuitton. Fendi, Marc Jacobs and Miu Miu are among the brands that have featured her in their campaigns.
